Scheduling
We schedule sessions from Monday through Sunday. Normal school holidays are observed. However, we do not break for summer vacation. Our sessions are 60 minutes in length. Please be on time. Come prepared and ready to work! You will get the Tutor's undivided attention.
We try to fill every available slot with clients on our prearranged schedule. It is very difficult to reschedule a missed appointment due to the limited availability of slots.
Cancellations:
I know things happen that we can't always avoid or control. You have 24 hours to cancel or reschedule an appointment before the day of the appointment. The follow-up appointment must be set for a date within 7 days of your missed appointment or you forfeit the fee for the missed appointment.
Two consecutive cancellations will result in removal from the schedule unless you pay for the most recent cancellation.
Should I have to reschedule due to my own problems, I will find a mutually agreeable make-up date within 7 days of the missed appointment or I will promptly refund your money for the missed appointment. The amount of the refund will be proportional to the payment plan you have established. For example, if you paid for the 8 session package and I missed one session, I will refund 1/8 of the total cost of your plan
